We strive to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in case of obvious typographical errors in pricing, we hold the right to cancel the relevant order and notify you for alternative arrangements. Product images are for reference only, slight colour differences caused by screen display are not treated as product defects.
  3. Order & Payment When you complete checkout, you submit an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm order acceptance upon successful payment authorization. We utilise Stripe as our secure payment processor. All transaction information is processed by Stripe, we do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order including product cost, shipping fees and applicable taxes. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; once goods have been dispatched, cancellation requests shall be handled under our Return Policy.
  4. Intellectual Property All text, graphics, logos, product images and content on nevrelis.com are intellectual property owned by NER NSW PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any site content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
  5. User Conduct You shall not use this website for fraudulent, illegal or harmful activities. You shall not deploy bots, scrapers or automated tools to access our site. Any violation may result in immediate account restriction and order cancellation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your relevant order. Local consumer statutory rights shall not be excluded by these terms.
